Getting Started: Your First Week with ServicePay

Day 1: Set Up Your Profile

After signing up, you'll go through a quick onboarding wizard. Add your business name, trade type, logo, and contact details. This information appears on every quote and invoice you send.

Day 2: Add Your First Customer

Navigate to Customers and click "Add Customer". Enter their name, phone, email, and property address. You can also import existing customers from a CSV file.

Day 3: Create Your First Quote

Go to Quotes → New Quote. Select your customer, add line items with descriptions and prices, and hit "Send". Your customer receives a link to view and accept the quote.

Day 4: Convert to a Job

When your customer accepts the quote, you'll see a notification. Click "Convert to Job" to create a scheduled job with all the quote details carried over.

    Day 5: Complete the Job

Use Field View on your phone to check in at the site, log your time, add expenses, and mark the job complete. Take photos of the finished work.

Day 6: Invoice & Get Paid

From the completed job, click "Generate Invoice". ServicePay creates a professional invoice with all line items. Send it to your customer — they can pay via their portal.

    Day 7: Review Your Dashboard

Check your dashboard for an overview of open quotes, active jobs, pending invoices, and your revenue for the week. You're already running your business more efficiently.
