Yes. When a job is marked as completed, ServicePay can automatically send a review request to the customer.
What stops fake or hidden reviews?
Every review is tied to a real, paid job in ServicePay, and every review publishes — good or bad. There's no cherry-picking or hiding negatives, which is how the UK's DMCC Act 2024 expects reviews to work.
Where do my reviews appear, and do I keep them?
Your verified reviews are yours. They publish to your GotAPal profile, an embeddable widget on your own website, and partner sites — and they use structured data (JSON-LD) so they're eligible for Google rich snippets. They follow you, not a directory.
Can I respond to reviews?
Yes. You can add a response to any review, which is visible to the customer and on your public profile.
