Some work needs two people. Assign both and the job shows in both their days as one job, not two.

An engineer sees today's work, scoped to them, with the address and what needs doing.

Photograph a receipt against the job while standing next to the van, which is the only time it reliably happens.

Can an engineer see everyone else's jobs?
By default they see their own. Where it is useful they can switch to everyone, and that option only appears if there is more than one person to see.
Does it sync with Google or Outlook?
Not yet. Calendar sync is planned and not shipped, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Can two people be booked on the same job?
Yes. A job can carry several assignees and appears in each of their lanes on the calendar. Reassigning is a drag from one lane to another.
Does it warn me about double-booking?
Yes. Clashes are flagged when the same person is booked in overlapping slots. It warns rather than blocks, because sometimes you genuinely do mean it.
Can an engineer see only their own work?
Yes. Field View is the day on a phone, and it can be scoped to just that person or to everyone, depending on what you want them to see.
Does it sync with Google or Outlook calendars?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than imply it. Calendar sync is built but blocked on OAuth credentials with the providers.
