Can I export data for my accountant?

Is the dashboard real-time?
Yes. Numbers update as you create quotes, complete jobs, and record payments.
Can I choose what the dashboard shows?
It shows the things that need a decision today — work booked, money owed, anything overdue — rather than a wall of charts. Deeper analysis lives in Reports.
Does everyone see the same dashboard?
No. What appears depends on the role. Anything financial is a specific permission, so an engineer does not see the money.
Why does it show zero when I know we have data?
If the period genuinely had no activity, zero is the right answer, and the screen tells you when a period is empty but the business has data elsewhere. A screen that hides a true zero is worse than one that shows it.
