Links that do not live forever
Portal links now expire, on a schedule that depends on what they point at. A link emailed in 2024 opening an invoice indefinitely is a data-protection problem before it is a security one.

Do customers need to create an account?
No. Portal access is via a unique link — no signup, no password, no friction.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. Each link is a unique token with bank-level encryption. Only the recipient can access their data.
Can customers leave reviews?
Yes. After a job is completed, customers can be prompted to leave a review via the portal.
Can I brand the portal?
Yes. Your business name and branding colour appear on all portal pages.
