A contract generates its visits on the frequency you set, so an annual service is booked because the contract exists rather than because someone remembered in the spring.
The compliance connection
For a landlord or agent, a recurring visit is usually there to keep a certificate in date. The visit produces the certificate; the certificate clears the obligation. Booking the visit alone does not clear it — only filing the certificate does.
